On April 7, Mr. Gao Runsheng, Deputy Director of Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Education, and officials of Fujian Provincial Department of Education paid a visit to the State Key Laboratory of Photocatalysis on Energy and Environment at Fuzhou University. They checked up the progress in the building of "Project 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center" at the university and listened to the report from Director Wang Xinchen.
Deputy Director Gao fully recognized the progress made in the building of "Project 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center", and gave a detailed introduction of the policies and standards concerning the application of a collaborative innovation center co-sponsored by province and ministry.
