 Recently, Prof. Masakazu Anpo of Osaka Prefecture University, Member of Academia Europaea (The Academy of Europe), was appointed as "Overseas Academic Masters" of the “Project 111" Innovation Base. Prof. Anpo will stay in Fuzhou from April 8 to 18 and his office is open to faculty members and students.
